Have you shipped my order yet?

A shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email when your order has left the warehouse. If it's been over a few days since you entered your order and you still haven't received a shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service team at care@sisstrevolution.com. We'd love to help you out!

I'm having trouble with my order and/or shipment, help me!

Most importantly, don't panic, almost everything can be solved. If you're having any issues just contact our customer service team at care@sisstrevolution.com and we'd love to help you.

I never received my order!

We are bummed to hear this! Lets figure out what that happened. Please contact our customer service team at care@sisstrevolution.com, we'd be happy to help you through it.

I received an incorrect or damaged item within my order, what do I do next?

We greatly apologize in advance, lets figure out why that happened. We ask that you please contact our customer service team at shop@sisstrevolution.com, to ensure that your refund or warranty replacement is properly processed. Please do not return the product without contacting our customer service team.

Can I get a copy of my invoice?

Most definitely, just contact our customer service team at care@sisstrevolution.com and we'd be happy to resend the order confirmtion email.

I think I ordered the wrong stuff, can you help me change my order?

Oh no! If you realize you've ordered the wrong item, contact our customer service team at care@sisstrevolution.com as soon as you so we can try to change your order before it leaves our warehouse.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders will be processed and shipped within one to two business days, excluding holidays and weekends. If you need your order rushed, we offer expeditied shipping at checkout. A shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email when your order has left the warehouse. You can track your order HERE by entering in your Web Order ID # (SIS-#####) and email address. Please note that our shipping department is closed on the weekends, on all major holidays and from Christmas though New Year's day. If it's been over 2 business days since you entered your order and you still haven't received a shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service team at care@sisstrevolution.com and we'd be happy to check the status of your order.

When am I billed for my order?

Your credit card is charged only when the order is shipped. A shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email when your order has left the warehouse. If it's been over a few business days since you entered your order and you still haven't received a shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service team at care@sisstrevolution.com.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Only California and Hawaii residents are required to pay sales tax.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, and Visa)! Still have questions? Send us an email at care@sisstrevolution.com.

I ordered the wrong size and it doesn't fit! What should I do?

If you purchased the product from a retailer, please contact the retailer directly. If you purchased the product from our sisstrevolution.com, please follow these instructions: We do not accept returns on items that have been worn/used/damaged/stained. If the product hasn't been used, you can return it to us within 30 days of your purchase using our pre-paid return shipping label. Please note, $8.00 per returned package will be deducted from your refund. You can follow the instructions below in our return policy to get one of those labels. Unfortunately, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange something you'll have to return the unwanted product for a full refund. You can go back and purchase what you need. Please allow 7-14 days from when we receive the returned product for the money to be refunded.

Is there a warranty on this stuff?

Sure, all our stuff is covered under our basic warranty policy which you can find a little farther below if you scroll down. If you have warranty issues with our wetsuits, please find the section below titled Wetsuit Warranty & Repairs.

Do you offer international shipping?

We do offer international shipping to a select number of countries. Currently we offer international shipping to: Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Bolivia, Botswana, Canada, Chile, China, Columbia, Comoros, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Fiji, Guam, Guatemala, Hong Kong, India, Kenya, Macao, Madagascar, Maldives, Mauritius, Mexico, Mozambique, Namibia, Nicaragua, Panama, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Peru, Samoa, Seychelles, Solomon Islands, Sri Lanka, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Taiwan, Trinidad and Tobago, U.S. Virgin Islands, Venezuela, and Zimbabwe. SHIPPING INFO

We have three shipping options available: Economy Ground, 2nd Day, and Next Day. Economy Ground, 2nd Day and Next Day orders will be shipped and delivered by UPS. Orders will be processed and shipped within one to two business days, excluding holidays and weekends. UPS shipping days are based on business days. Please keep this in mind when submitting your order. These shipping rates do not apply to oversized items including surfboards and select Curated Goods items. For questions on shipping rates for these items, please contact us at care@sisstrevolution.com.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFO

Sisstr offers International Shipping via DHL Worldwide Express (3-5 business days). Shipping pricing is live within checkout and varies per country. Orders will be processed and shipped within two to four business days, excluding holidays and weekends. The customer is solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees (if applicable). These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

RETURN POLICY

If you purchased the product from an authorized Sisstr dealer location/website, please contact the retailer directly. If you purchased the product from Sisstrevolution.com, please follow these instructions: We do not accept returns on items that have been worn/used/damaged/stained. If the product hasn't been used, you can return it to us within 30 days of your purchase date using our pre-paid return shipping label.   2. If you have an account, Login to your account, click the link to "view my orders," and select the order containing items you'd like to return.
  3. If you don't have an account, find the "Track my Order" option and enter your Order ID # (SIS-#####) and Order Email.
  4. Complete and submit the online return request form, and print the pre-paid return shipping label.
  5. Pack product with suitable packaging materials. Make sure that you return the merchandise in original, unused condition, with original packing materials, and stick that return label to your return.
  6. Drop your return package off at any UPS shipping location.

A return confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your return is processed. You can always ask us for help, contact our customer service team at shop@sisstrevolution.com and we'd be happy to help you out!

Sisstr does not accept returns or exchanges on wetsuits that have been worn in the water. We ask that you please make sure the suit fits 100% correctly BEFORE getting into the water. Sisstr reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. The customer will be responsible for cost of return shipment if the return is refused. All sales are final on Sisstr stickers, prints, surfboards, and books.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

If you've used the product you can't return it, sorry! If the product hasn't been used, damaged, and tags are still attached, you can return it to us within 30 days of your purchase. Sisstr does not cover the cost of international returns. We recommend sending the merchandise back using the most cost effective shipping that is available to you that includes tracking.

To return an International purchase, please follow the following instructions: 

  1. Find the button on the top right of our website that looks like a little person (My Account). 
  2. If you have an account, Login to your account, click the link to "view my orders," and select the order containing items you'd like to return. 
  3. If you don't have an account, select "Track Order" and enter your Web Order ID # (SIS-#####) and Order Email. 
  4. Complete and submit the online return request form, and print the Return Authorization paperwork. 
  5. Pack product with suitable packaging materials. Make sure that you return the merchandise in original, unused condition with tags still attached, and include the original packing slip and Return Authorization paperwork. 
  6. Ship return via an insured shipping method with a tracking number to the following address:

Please allow 7-14 days from when we receive the returned product for the money to be refunded. A return confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your return has been processed. Your refund will be credited back in US Dollars at the current exchange rate. You can always ask us for help, contact our customer service team at care@sisstrevolution.com and we'd be happy to help you out!

APPAREL & ACCESSORIES WARRANTY

WARRANTY

If you purchased the product from an authorized Sisstr dealer location/website, please contact the retailer directly for warranty information. 

If you purchased the product from sisstrevolution.com, Sisstr covers any apparent malfunctions or defects in material or workmanship under warranty for ninety (90) days from the original purchased date. Apparel and accessories are only covered when purchased from an authorized dealer. The apparel warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper care, or negligence. If a product is qualified under our warranty, Sisstr will repair or replace the product with an existing comparable style. If you have warranty issues with our wetsuits, please find the section below titled Wetsuit Warranty & Repairs.

WARRANTY REPAIRS

If you purchased the product from an authorized Sisstrevolution dealer location/website, please contact the retailer directly.  Sisstr offers a 1 year from purchase date manufacturer wetsuit warranty on all neoprene and seams. Warranty repairs cover any apparent malfunctions under normal use like a zipper that’s busted or a seam that’s torn. Warranty repairs are free of charge.

NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS

Non-Warranty repairs cover damage caused by normal wear and tear that is not caused by a malfunction. Examples include: a blown-out panel, a fin cut, worn material, extended or excessive exposure to sunlight, improper handling or storage, or failure to follow care instructions provided. We charge for non-warranty repairs. Our wetsuit experts at Sisstr will contact you if there will be a charge and/or discuss repair options and pricing.

WHAT SHOULD I DO FIRST?

If you purchased the wetsuit from Sisstrevolution.com, please fill out the Sisstr Wetsuit Repair Form. Please write as clearly as possible, provide as much detailed information as you can and give us a detailed description of the repair needed. Also, mark the area in need of repair on one of the wetsuit drawings on the repair form.

HOW TO SHIP YOUR WETSUIT

  1. Please make sure your wetsuit is washed thoroughly, dirt/sand free, and completely dry. Unfortunately, we can’t repair suits that are sandy, dirty or wet since they may damage our machines. 
  2. Make sure the box you use to ship the wetsuit in is large enough to prevent from too much creasing. 
  3. Place the Sisstr Wetsuit Repair Form (completely filled out) in the box with your wetsuit along with a copy of your original packing slip. Ship your suit to:

WHEN WILL I GET MY WETSUIT BACK?

Turnaround time is approximately 7 - 10 business days from the time your suit is received (excluding shipping).

Measurement Tips

BUST

Measure around your chest at the fullest point of your bra cup. Make sure to go under your arms, not around them.

Natural Waist

Measure around the smallest part of your waistline with one finger between your body and the measuring tape.

Hips

Stand with your heels together, keeping tape straight and parallel to the floor. Measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Dress Length

Stand with your heels together, keeping tape straight and perpendicular to the floor. Measure from the high point of your shoulders down the length of your back.

Inseam

Find a pair of pants that fit you well and measure from the crotch seam to the opening at the bottom of the pant leg. Round the number to the nearest 1/2" to get your inseam length.
